Anyone who has worked inside a financial institution knows the feeling. Collection processes that are slow, impersonal, and often damaging to the very relationships they're supposed to resolve. The technology existed to do better. The will to apply it, less so.
Murphy is our answer to that. Not a patch on a broken system, but a rethink of how it should work. AI that acts with precision, processes that move without friction, and interactions that treat people on both sides with the respect they deserve.
We're early. There is a lot still to build. But the direction is clear, and the people we're bringing in to build it make me confident we'll get there.
